Questions

Is coaching for me?

If you feel completely drained, stuck in cycles of overwork, or uncertain about your direction in life, and you are ready to do the steady work of sorting through it, then yes. Coaching isn't about fixing something "broken" with you; it's about clearing away the noise so you can figure out what you actually need.

I don’t really know what I want to talk about or achieve yet. Is that okay?

More than okay. Most people don't arrive with a neatly organised list of goals. Often, they just know they feel heavy or stuck. My job as a psychologist and a coach is to help you untangle the threads and find clarity at your own pace.

What is my commitment in terms of time and actions?

Change happens through small, steady adjustments and not massive, exhausting overhauls. We will build a rhythm that respects your actual energy levels and your calendar.

Does coaching actually work?

It can be deeply transformative when it is grounded in sound psychological science and tailored to you. Because every person is unique, there are no one-size-fits-all outcomes or guarantees. We won't rely on quick fixes, and instead, we delve deep to build sustainable ways forward together. What I can guarantee is a genuine, listening ear and time solely dedicated to focusing on you, in a space where you can step out or pause at any time, with no penalties or pressure.

What do we actually do in sessions?

We talk. Sometimes we vent about the chaos of life, and sometimes we look closely at work pressures, habits, or career options. Every session meets you exactly where you are on that particular day.
